5 Days of Learning, Relaxation & Transformation
Â
September 27 – October 2, 2026 • Menla Retreat Center • Phoenicia, New York
Â
Join award-winning author and channel Paul Selig for a five-day channeled retreat at Menla, a stunning sanctuary nestled deep within New York’s Catskill Mountains. Experience the Guides’ newest teachings on transforming consciousness and aligning to a higher octave of reality in one of the most beautiful times of the year — peak autumn foliage in the Catskills.
Paul and his Guides will deliver their latest channeled teachings on moving beyond limitation, aligning with higher purpose, and lifting to what they call the Upper Room — the vibrational field of the Divine Self. Through lectures, attunements, empathic work, Q&A sessions, energy transmissions, and group exercises, participants will be led on a journey of self-realization and healing designed to help you move beyond fear, claim your inherent divinity, and shift your reality to a higher state of being.
Surrounded by vibrant fall colors, cascading streams, and forested mountain trails, Menla offers the perfect environment for inner renewal and spiritual expansion. This acclaimed retreat and wellness center, owned by Tibet House US, combines the serenity of a secluded mountain valley with the comfort of modern accommodations and a world-class spa inspired by Tibetan healing traditions.
Guests can enjoy peaceful forest walks, meditation gardens, and quiet moments of reflection among the changing leaves — or indulge in the onsite spa’s saunas, steam rooms, and internationally acclaimed services. Menla’s nourishing vegetarian meals, prepared with organic ingredients (many from their on-site gardens), provide another way to connect body, mind, and spirit throughout the retreat.
While this gathering will offer the opportunity for deep learning and energetic transformation, it’s also a chance to unplug, rest, and connect with fellow seekers from around the world.
Your registration includes retreat tuition for 5 days of teaching from Paul and the Guides, audio & video recordings of every session, transcripts of every channeled lecture, access to Menla's 330-acre property complete with hiking and biking trails, daily yoga classes and evening programming including sound healing sessions and bon fires under the stars.
Join us for an unforgettable autumn retreat — an opportunity to work closely with Paul and his Guides in one of the most peaceful and spiritually charged settings in North America.
This will be a retreat and vacation experience you'll never forget...
Menla is deep in my heart… It’s a profoundly spiritual space, a little slice of Tibet right in the middle of nowhere. Pure mountain air, a walk in the woods, a deep tissue massage, a lounge in the infrared sauna… a morning seemed like a long luxurious weekend. I can’t wait to get back for some the best spa treatments I have ever had. An upstate mountain escape is essential for surviving the pace of NYC life.

What Will I Take Away from this Retreat?
Aside from making lifelong friends, enjoying the sun, and leaving with a more relaxed state of mind and healthier body (thanks in part to the incredible food and yoga!), people often report gaining so much from the workshop sessions with Paul & the Guides, as well as from their fellow retreat participants. Here, some attendees discuss what they took away from a recent London weekend workshop with Paul.

Words alone will not do justice on how incredible this retreat was. A life changing experience that allowed me to feel love and to simultaneously be it. The channeler, the staff, and the participants were absolutely amazing and the communal support made the experience even more palpable. The information provided by the guides was so powerul that I continue to feel it as I perform every task throughout my day. It was the perfect place to learn and practice while bathing in mother earth's lush greenery and healing ocean. Beyond grateful for this opportunity.

It's hard to put words to an immersive experience like that... The love and connection with the people there, the joy and appreciation for the work and Spiritual Expansion. I certainly didn't leave as the same person I arrived as. Profound isn't a big enough word to explain the experience, and gratitude doesn't quite capture the magnitude of the feelings. But, I know that now I'm ready to carry forth this work and bring more love, peace, and joy to the world because of it. 💖✨

The retreat incomparable to any other I’ve experienced. Divinely inspired and designed, it delivered all each of us can hold at our own level and infinitely beyond that as we progress. Paul and the Guides permit us to depend on them, to expect they will show up powerfully and unconditionally for us. What was unexpected for me was experiencing that same power and unconditional love in my fellow participants who lifted me likewise in infinite ways. I am humbled and exalted at the same time, aware that in this community I am blessed beyond measure.

Paul answered all of my personal questions with his usual humility and insightfulness. The collective energy of our wonderful group touched the heavens all week long. I am forever changed by this retreat and I'm so thankful to Paul, Noah, the staff, and, most importantly, our amazing Guides, those timeless beings who continue to teach us with patience, compassion, and love.
