TWIN GUEST ROOMS

The twin rooms are shared rooms meant for friends or couples who are attending the retreat together. Each room has two single beds (which can also be pushed together to form a Queen-sized bed), an ensuite bathroom and a quiet veranda with a view looking out onto the garden or overlooking the lake. These rooms are cozy and affordable and can be booked for yourself plus a friend or partner.

TWIN PREMIUM GUEST ROOM

The premium rooms are larger than the standard twin room and feature a beautiful view of the lake with a spacious outdoor balcony. Your back door will lead you to the practice rooms and village, whilst your front door will lead you to wide open spaces and lake views. This room is on the ground floor and does not come with a bathtub. The Premium Twin room is a room which comes with a double bed by default but can also be booked by two people who wish to sleep in two separate single beds.

Shared Premium Twin Room for 1 Person with 2 Twin Beds, Private Bathroom - Payment Plan

Price includes accommodations for 1 person in this shared room for 6 nights. We can either place you with a friend or partner who is also booking a spot or we can match you up with someone of the same gender who is also taking the retreat. These rooms feature 2 twin beds, a beautiful view of the lake, a spacious outdoor balcony, all meals, afternoon snacks, tea & coffee all day, access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and full retreat tuition. HERMITAGE LOFT STUDIOS

Enjoy more space with our Hermitages studios with a built-in kitchen, and a lounge area to share a cup of tea with others. They are built on two levels, usually sold as a twin room, but with the possibility to use the specially built sofa downstairs as a bunk bed, turning it into a Shared room. You will be matched up in the same room with others of the same gender. 

Maximum occupancy: four people each.

SHARED BUNK ROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM

Summer camp vibes! The shared bunk room is our most affordable rooming option and it's designed in a simple dormitory style with two sets of bunk beds and an outdoor deck. An en-suite bathroom is provided, and there are additional toilets and showers in the hallway. You will be matched up in the same room with others of the same gender or, if you have other friends that book this same room type, we can match you up to be in the same room.

Shared Guest Room with Bunk Beds - Payment Plan

Price includes accommodations for 1 person for 6 nights in these bunk bed rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people of the same gender that are all taking the retreat. Also included in your registration are all meals, afternoon snacks, tea & coffee all day, access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and full retreat tuition. Price shown includes all taxes & fees.

RETREAT REGISTRATION TO SLEEP OFF-SITE 

We welcome those who would like to take the retreat and enjoy meals at Mandali but book their own sleeping accommodations off-property. You can click below to book your spot and you can find a document HERE that lists several properties in the general area that Mandali has compiled for us. You'll see that the distance from Mandali is shown. We are working to arrange shuttles to transfer people staying in Omegna, Quarna Sopra or Quarna Sotto to and from Mandali in the morning and in the evening. If we have people booking rooms in other villages, we can look into having the shuttles service those areas as well. 

Retreat Registration including meals for those sleeping off-property

This registration includes your retreat tuition plus all meals at Mandali from dinner on arrival day until lunch on departure day, afternoon snacks, tea & coffee all day, access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. You will have full access to Mandali's amenities. Price shown includes all taxes & fees. Participants booking this registration can book their own sleeping accommodations off-property. You can find a list of off-property accommodation suggestions that Mandali has compiled on the checkout page. We will provide complimentary shuttles to make transfers from Omegna, Quarna Sopra and Quarna Sotta to/from Mandali at the beginning and end of each day. There will only be a charge for shuttles from your point of arrival (airport, train station, bus station) to your accommodations and back again. The daily shuttles to/from Mandali each day will be provided at no charge.

Please Note our Cancellation Policy: 

For those who pay in full: if you cancel your registration more than 6 months from the date of the retreat, you can receive a 75% refund. If you cancel your registration between 3 months and 6 months from the retreat date, you can receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your spot with less than 3 months until retreat date, no refund is possible.

For those on payment plans, monthly installment payments are non-refundable, however if you notify us in writing that you need to cancel your spot, you will not be billed any further going forward.
