Full Retreat Tuition
You'll be working with Paul and the Guides in person each day of the retreat. Most days include 2 workshop sessions, while a couple of days include one workshop session with additional free time to allow you to venture out and explore the beauty of Costa Rica.

Amazing Meals
Your registration includes three delicious consciously prepared gourmet vegetarian meals a day. Fresh locally sourced fish is served three evenings per week and eggs are served every morning along with breakfast; cheese is also regularly available while the buffet always provides vegan and gluten-free options. To accommodate food restrictions and allergies there is a Pure Food option, offering veggies, grains and legumes cooked without any seasonings or oils.
A Private Performace from Deva & Miten
Grammy-nominated mantra music superstars, Deva Premal & Miten will join us for a private evening concert, specifically for our group, right in our workshop room - admission is included with your registration. Their beautiful, meditative music will be the perfect complement to the week's programming. Paul Selig is a writer, empath and conscious channel. He received his Master's Degree from Yale and served on the faculty of NYU for over 25 years. A spiritual experience in 1987 left him clairvoyant. If the retreat needs to be canceled due to Covid-19 or other public health concerns, you will receive a full refund or will be given the option to transfer to next year's retreat.
For those who pay in full: if you cancel your registration more than 6 months from the date of the retreat, you can receive a 75% refund. If you cancel your registration between 3 months and 6 months from the retreat date, you can receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your spot with less than 3 months until retreat date, no refund is possible.
